Nice villa close to historical center. The pool really is a plus!

This home fit our needs perfectly for our time in valladolid! We traveled with our 4 and 6 year old daughters- beautiful back yard, comfortable hang out areas, very walkable into town and a great jumping off point to see ruins and cenotes (highly recommend Ek Balam)! Kelly was a proactive and responsive host and was very clear about the check in process/location. Thank you so much for providing a great space for my family to unwind after a day of adventure.

My friend and myself stayed in Kelly's house for just over 2 weeks and had an amazing time. The house was great for us two and had all of the facilities that we needed, with the added bonus of the great pool and a large smart TV for those times we just wanted to chill at the house. The neighbourhood was great as it is away from the centre of town yet it only took just over 10 minutes to walk into town for all of the restaurants, bars and shops. There was also a supermarket very close and a number of local corner stores for anything we needed. The outside area with the verandah, pool and garden were fabulous, especially with the daily visits of local wildlife (reptiles, birds, butterflies). Kelly responded to any queries we had and also checked in with us periodically via messages to to make sure we had everything we needed. I can highly recommend Kelly's property and would definitely stay here again if I came back to Valladolid.

Buen alojamiento a 5 minutos del centro de la ciudad. Recomendaría cerrar la llegada un día antes, ya que pese a tener la hora de llegada acordada no pudimos contactar con la anfitriona y tuvimos que esperar. Por suerte pudimos acceder a un teléfono para llamarla para que nos proporcionara el código de acceso.
