The Bunkhouse Getaway is a one room, open concept rental nestled in a rural area of east Texas. The perfect setting to relax and unwind on the private porch while enjoying the tranquil views and majestic sunrises and sunsets. Most nights the sky is full of stars with the occasional sounds of coyotes, frogs, and crickets. Amenities include a queen bed (lower bunk) and 2 twin bunks. Futon makes a double bed. Bathroom with full-size shower, toilette, and sink (only 1 sink in bunkhouse). The small kitchen provides a Cuisenart convection toaster oven air fryer, beverage refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker, and a single electric burner (basic cookware is provided.) There is a refrigerator/freezer combo located at the end of the hallway. The porch has seating for two and a private hot tub, as well as a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Guests can also enjoy a night around the fire pit (as long as no burn ban is in place) with wood provided, as well as a game of washers. There is a privacy curtain on the porch since this property includes the host residence.
