Our family stayed here for my sisters wedding at the Gardenia. The property is even better than the pictures. The interior of the home is spacious and beautiful. Very comfortably accommodated 10 people for the weekend. Perfect house for the occasion!

As others have noted, the photos of this property don't do it justice. We stayed at the Hilltop Ranch House for a nearby family wedding. It was a lovely opportunity for adult siblings and cousins to be together in a place that could easily accommodate us. DPS Vacation provided clear instructions and was especially responsive if we had a question. The home: The kitchen and open family/dining area were perfect for gathering. The outdoor patio and pool area are stunning and with the best views. Plus, there are cows and alpacas:) It was perfect. We could have stayed forever. One note: There isn't much to do in the area nearby but that was fine for us because we were just there to be together for the wedding and loved being on the property. Thank you for hosting us!

Great stay! Exceeded expectations - beautiful home on beautiful land with fabulous views. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here and would come back again.

Theresa was a fabulous host. The home is stunning and spacious and all eminities are fantastic. The view off the back patio is amazing and our family sat out and enjoyed telling stories- we did not want to leave. Host was very accommodating to our schedule as we came in for a wedding. The home is isolated and private, but only 15 minutes from the Gardenia venue.

5 stars all around! Our stay was terrific and we’re already planning our return. Teresa was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a nice stay. We will always recommend the house to friends!
