The place is very spacious and the livingroom is cosy. Everything was clean and all the electronics worked (fridge, dishwasher, washer). Easy to access with all instructions received. We enjoyed the area.

Nice flat, but only moderately maintained, some details (e.g. shower, kitchen lighting) are defective. Top location near Metro, bars, cafes, and shops! Catastrophic communication: landlord forced an additional contract with a private rental portal (theurbanhosts kross travel), which has poor data protection. Told me this is because of legal requirements, which is bullshit. Thousands of Spanish landlords do their jobs without selling customer data to private companies. Travel details were sent to Whatapp without my consent. This made the communication rather chaotic because I don't even have that app on my mobile phone (only on PC).

Nice apartment in a great location, in the town and 20 minutes walk to the beach. There were a few snags, but these have probably been fixed.

El piso es antiguo pero bien conservado. Está muy limpio, y cuando conseguimos que funcionara la caldera, calentito (la calefacción funcionaba bien). El único fallo es que quisimos cocinar al horno y saltaba la luz de todo el piso, no pudimos. Y nos quedamos con la pizza sin hacer y sin respuesta de la propietaria (tuvimos que improvisar, porque tenemos un bebé y no podíamos salir a cenar fuera). Manuel, creo que es contratado por ella, sí contesta a todo y rápido pero claro, hay temas (como este) que no sabe...En general bien, pero por estos detalles (el primer día no funcionaba la caldera, aunque lo supimos arreglar) podría ajustar un poco el precio...El piso está bien, por eso. Y limpieza, un 10.

Todo correcto, lugar tranquilo y cercano a las urbes. La comunicación y organización con Sonsoles muy buena.
