Great place for my family and I to spend quality time together over Christmas. We enjoyed several meals and playing board games at the large dining room table. Nice home in a beautiful setting.

We absolutely adored this home - in the fall, on the water with the trees changing color, it was so peaceful and beautiful! The house was very accommodating, there was a lot of thought put in to all the little things someone could need while away from home. The house is a bit out of the way, more of a distance from superior and Duluth than we anticipated. Also the floors were concrete. Those are the only two negatives and we still loved it and hope to stay again.

Nora and Tom are wonderful and accommodating hosts of a beautiful home, with stunning scenery and very usable outdoor and indoor space! Absolutely will be back and recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids for a full week, which included space in the kitchen and outside for eating meals, and in the living room for hanging out. Nora was very responsive, including when the power went out during a lightning storm and she offered extra help if we needed it. There is not full-time wireless available at the house, but there was the option of using a wireless hotspot through the tablet that was provided for accessing streaming services. We did not use it, but it was nice to know that it was available. We had pretty good phone service at the via Verizon and other cell providers, which also helped. Overall, it was a great experience, and if you are looking for a nice place with plenty of room for a larger group, I highly recommend it!
