The front yard, gate, and car park are still undergoing development, and we are working on completing it this year 2024. Fan room will also be upgraded with aircon (2024). There are 3 bedrooms: Room 1 - 1 double bed (FANroom); 1 - 2 pax Room 2 - 1 double bed (AC room) + floor mattress; 2 - 4 pax Room 3 - 2 twin beds (AC room) + floor mattress; 2 - 4 pax *The additional FLOOR MATTRESS with linens will be provided for groups more than 6 persons*

The place was okay.The location would be challenging to find as no neighbours were familiar with the name.A signage outside that off road would be helpful especially at night.You’ll have problems if you bring more than 2 cars,but the host was kind enough to open the next door garage for us.Just another electric stand fan for the dining area would be great as the temp was between mid 30s-40s when we were there,not much ventilation was coming through.Both bathroom drainage wasn’t draining properly and then suddenly the outdoor cooking area started to flood with the water from the showers.The host did fix and clean the flood,but both bathrooms were still slow with draining the water down.Clutter were still seen at the backyard with empty bottles of beers in black bins not properly disposed of.Both bathrooms were stained(toilet bowls/flooring)and starting to get dilapidated.I have noticed that there’s no microwave to heat up food.Overall,it was an okay stay. Just things to ponder.

We loved our stay here. The neighbourhood is very serene, and the house is literally next to a farm. Our group spent the mornings in the palayan. Would appreciate if the bathroom furnishings could get upgraded into to newer and cleaner ones, especially the doors and the locks. Overall a great stay. Wish we could go back!

The locality is somewhat rural area with a nearby rice field. Neighborhood can be observed as a typical setting in the country although the apartment is situated away from the community.
The direct road to the property is off the beaten, meaning rough road, approximately 100m from the concrete road.
We are not located in a subdivision. So expect neighbors from all walks of life and socio-economic status.
Access road to the property is an OFF THE BEATEN (ROUGH ROAD). Do not rate us low on LOCATION because of this.
