This elegant condo is centrally located in the city of Evansville! You will be within walking distance to the mall, many restaurants, and shopping centers. It offers an inviting space for your stay. With a fully stocked kitchen, a full bath, 2 full size beds, and a patio area. (For any additional info, message the host before booking!) The bedroom downstairs offers a full sized trundle pull out bed, direct access to the full sized bath, a large closet, a wall mounted smart TV, and a stackable washer & dryer unit. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with utensils, cookware, and dishes & offers a bar with stools. There is a dining area that can be used as a work space. The open-concept living room has a wall mounted smart TV and a futon couch for additional sleep space. The sliding glass doors lead you to the fenced-in outside patio. Up the winding stair case you will find the loft bedroom with a full sized bed. We love our 4- legged pals and know how much trouble it can be to leave them behind for long periods of time. We allow medium and small dogs in our condo however, they are not allowed on the furniture. We do ask that if you need to leave them alone in the condo they be left in a crate. We have a small back yard that is fully fenced for your dogs to stretch their legs, get some fresh air and relieve themselves. We do ask that you clean up after them.
