This wonderful home in the heart of San Roque, Grecia is exactly as described. We spent the month of March 2024 there and really enjoyed our stay. My husband worked and the Wi was str even for video conferences. I enjoyed walking to the Mini Super, bakery, fruit store and for the delicious ceviche. Downtown Grecia is just a short drive. Holy week here is something I will never forget with music, parades and even fireworks. Since we were there for an entire month, I had lots of questions and all were answered immediately by Yadira and also her property manager, Antonio. Family would stop by to drop off fresh fruit, a wonderful surprise. Any issues that arose (leaky toilet) were dealt with promptly. The kitchen could be updated a little, I just used what was available. Washing machine and coffee pot are traditional Costa Rican design which was fun. There are lots of neighborhood dogs that bark during the night just FYI. And sometimes come to visit during the day. Terrific overall!

What a lovely home! We stayed for 28days. Lots of space inside and out to just sit and relax. The main bedroom’s bed is super comfortable. The neighborhood every necessity accessible within (literally) 3min walk. Antonio (the host) was super helpful, kind and very responsive.

This is a very spacious house both inside and out. The master bedroom is really lovely with its balcony and ensuite bathroom. the living area downstairs is comfortable and the big kitchen has all you need to cook. The hosts living next door are very friendly and helpful. As was Nestor who popped over a couple of times. The area is very pleasant with amiable locals, a mini supermarket with all the essentials and a good pizza place. It's only 10 mins drive to Grecia and about an hour to Paos volcano. We liked the location. WiFi worked well all throughout the house and it was nice to have an office area. If I'm being picky I'd say that a new oven is probably needed and the showers aren't very powerful if you want hot water. But this place was perfect for the two of us for the month and a larger family could be very happy here.

This is one of the nicest places we stay in Costa Rica ,not only is a big house but the coffee farm and the River are very peaceful .The hosts are great very helpful at all times . We did enjoy our time there very much .Thank you Antonio and Yadira . Kevin &Ana Stubbs
