Modern Villa with pool and sea views to the beach of Son Bou. Situated at the end of urbanizatation, in a quiet neighborhood with views to the sea and also the country. Living room and fully equipped kitchen with amazing views and access to the well furnished terrace. Air conditioning, several terraces and Internet. 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Nice pool area with sun lounges. Modern villa with beautiful views of the beach of Son Bou Charming villa in a quiet position located on a hill with magnificent views to the beach of Son Bou and the surrounding countryside. The fabulous pool terrace and outside dining area, provides unforgettable sea views turning the after-dinner conversation into the best moment of the day. This impressive property is distributed over two floors; on the lower level are the living room with a fireplace and a beautiful, brand new, fully fitted kitchen, both have sea views and both open on to the terrace with barbecue, swimming pool and incredible views to the beach. This level also has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms; one with a double bed and en suite bathroom and two twin rooms that share a bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have air conditioning. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, both with double beds, en suite bathroom, air conditioning, sea views and access to a terrace with artificial grass and stunning sea views. There is a third level with access via a staircase leading to a terrace with artificial grass and even more spectacular views of the beach. A welcoming and very comfortable villa promising incredible holidays!

Fantastic communication from Marta from the moment we booked and whilst we stayed. A stunning villa with stunning views. Highly recommend. It had everything what we needed. Very clean. We had arrived earlier than expected. Cleaners were still working. We were allowed to leave our bags in the villa and come back but then the cleaners finished and said we could stay. Marta arrived a short time later to collect environmental tax and give info (2 euro per adult/night). Marta is a lovely person and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with. Nearest supermarket is 1-2 minute walk. Nearest bars/restaurants/shops/beach are approx 20 min walk but it took longer with kids. On our last day we went to the hotel next door to the supermarket to use their bar, as it was too hot for the kids to walk far. We wish we had visited sooner. Nice outdoor bar. Better than most of the bars that we had been. Overall a fantastic villa and would love to go back one day. Thanks Marta! We will come back again!

House is at great location within the island. We enjoyed the house - clean, well equipped, great views. Host - Marta was very efficient

Suciedad en piscina (Materia negra y hojas en el fondo), suelos y cocina. Tuvimos que limpiar a fondo el frigorífico, los cajones de la cocina, la cubertería y la vajilla. No cumple lo publicitado: No suministran ni PAPEL HIGIENICO ni aceite ni sal ni pimienta. Solo un punto de luz muy tenue en la cocina. Para cocinar de noche pusimos las dos lamparas del salón en la encimera. Solo un punto de luz muy tenue en la mesa grande. Tras cocinar de noche hay que poner las dos lamparas del salón en la mesa para poder ver la cena.

Excellent villa with everything you could wish for a quiet holiday. I particularly enjoyed cooking on the outdoor brick BBQ. Long walk to beach and shops so a car is a definite advantage. Marta and team very helpful and accomodated a later checkout with no fuss. We'd love to go back again and get some better weather but that was just our bad luck!
