Karis enjoys travel and non-fiction; Pat enjoys being home and fiction, but we have made it work for more than 45 years. We have visited 45+ states, several countries, hosted many young foreign exchange students from a diversity of countries, and began welcoming Airbnb travelers in 2018. All in one of Fort Smith’s nicest neighborhoods of large yards, nice landscaping, cute community park, quiet streets. OR Haven House a 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1500+ sq ft home, near downtown on S. 18th Street built in the early 1940s with free covered parking on double wide carport in the back, space for multiple vehicles, open kitchen and dining, plus gathering room with ROKU, DVDs, games, puzzle. Two Q, one F/D, one twin plus air mattresses, toddler bed and pack n play available by request. Haven House is located in one of Fort Smith’s early neighborhoods, near Baptist Hospital, Bakery District, Convention Ctr., Kay Rogers Park, and our downtown historic sites. PETS: okay only at Haven House when pre-approved; no pets allowed in the Ramsgate rooms or home or the Nest at the Pond.
