This was a perfect little lakefront cabin. There are big windows with lake and mountain views, and a decently sized deck that is literal steps away from the shoreline and public docks. The cabin itself is very well maintained and more spacious than I expected. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and kitchen had pretty much everything you'd need. The location is right beside the main beach park, so it's within walking distance of the convenience store, a couple of restaurants, Giggle Ridge and the waterslides. We had a couple of issues that came up, but when I called Shannon she was quick to give solutions and even came over to help at one point. Even though we managed to stay for the stormiest, rainiest days in May, it was still very relaxing and a lovely spot to hide from the elements. Highly recommend!

The place is right on the water and we had perfect weather, really great to hang out on the deck in the quiet early morning and in to the evenings. Beautiful surroundings. The place was as advertised, cozy and prime location. Our child was happy to play on the playground and on the beach right nearby. It seems that the supply check prior to our stay was missed though, there was only a few very partial rolls of toilet paper (we had to go buy some on day 1), no laundry soap, no paper towel and no propane for the fire pit. We mentioned the propane to Shannon (as this was the first thing we noticed), she was quick to respond, we took the two empty tanks to Esso to refill. She was quick to etranfer the money back to us. We spent most of of time enjoying the surrounding mountains and used this as our base. It did the job and provided a scenic place to wind down.

I would recommend this unit for sure. The view is incredible and you are right on the water with your own deck over looking the lake. Our host was absolutely lovely, very attentive and responded to messages very quickly. We had a couple little things that came up but they were very quickly solved. The only thing about this place that I would say is that this place is rustic. It is an older home and could use some work. But the view makes up for it. It would be amazing in the summer, over looking the water....... I would stay here again.
