Sir Raul and her caretaker were very accommodating. They responded to our queries swiftly and were very friendly. The place was as described. The unit was neat and clean, tv has netflix access, and the wifi was fast. I also like the plants inside and outside the unit. Very homey. I will definitely stay here again.

The narrow pathway going to the place should be included on the details. It’s challenging for us to get inside (ford ranger). Wider cars like raptors would be more challenging. Nonetheless, we’re still very happy since malapit sa beach. Our kids enjoyed swimming. The place is also very clean and the ambiance is peaceful. Complete din ng kitchen needs and bathroom needs.

Raul is a great host very helpful and nice. The place is full of all things you might need (rice cooker, electric stove and so on) very clean, quiet location, it's located like 50 meters from the main road so the noise is left behind. The beach is easy access like 1.5 km easy to walk and jeepney nearby. There are some shops nearby very convenient location. The room feels like a 4 to 5 star hotel room, I will surely return.
