Martinel and Michlyn's place was so relaxing and peaceful and they both were very fast with all communications if anything needed explaining. Check in was very easy and having your own secure private covered parking was a plus! So you won't have any problem searching for parking at the unit. Also being an elevator building was a big plus for me with not having to deal with the stairs. This is a very secure building with a lot of security measures. So you will feel very safe entering and leaving the building, no matter what time you come in. Having the little patio was nice to open and let air in. The bed was so comfortable. We slept like a baby and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice breakfast (Bacon & Eggs and Pancakes) YUMMY! Believe me, you are getting exactly what you see in the pictures and you would be disappointed. Everything you need for your stay will be there. We are looking so forward in booking with Martinel and Michlyn again on our next trip to Durham!

Really great spot - especially for the price! Walkable to everything we needed. Bars, restaurants and DPAC. Very clear and helpful instructions to make the check in smooth and easy. Would absolutely stay here again. Loved the coffee selections for the Kuerig!

Very comfortable apartment and easy walk to downtown restaurants. Nice pool / patio / common area. Hosts were very responsive and kind enough to let me check in early. Can definitely hear the train going by but fortunately it wasn’t very often. Recommended when staying in downtown Durham.

Martinel and Michlyn's place was the perfect home base for my visit to Durham for a long weekend event. Everything was as listed in the description and despite being in a fairly large new apartment building, I didn't see another resident when coming and going the whole time of my stay. The kitchen is modern (did I say the place is new?) and well-equipped, the bedroom is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious, with a large walk-through closet (plenty of hangars!) between the bedroom and bathroom. My event was taking place just a few minutes walk away, right in the center of downtown, so the location was fantastic.
