Updated kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge, oven and cooktop. Open-plan living/dining with gas log heater. Claw-foot bath in bedroom with heated floor tiles. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Portable aircon (window venting) in lounge. Up 1 flight of stairs. Single off-street parking space and is conveniently located near ample street parking. Modern and stylish interior. Perfect for a couples getaway or staying during the week for work.

Great relaxing place to stay in Ballarat. Great convenient location.
Great location, right next to the town centre. The writing on the car space was hard to read, but it also had a car in it during our stay- luckily free street parking was available out front. The TV needs an upgrade- errors pop up once you start to use smart features (Amazon/Netflix). The place is otherwise charming and comfortable with the industrial interior. The hosts allowed us to check in 2 hrs early which was a big plus!
We loved Lauren’s place! Great location close to everything we needed but felt tucked away and secluded when we needed downtime. The ‘fireplace’ style gas heater made the apartment really cosy and romantic. Would absolutely stay again!
