The apartment is clean and modern. And the location is ok next to the mall and the metro station. However, the amenities were quite sparse: only one soap in the whole apartment although there is a separate toilet, no shower toiletries, only 3 teabags and 4 coffees for 2 grownsups for 3 nights. We didn't use them, but we are used to a different approach from Airbnb. We had to make our own extra bed on the couch for the kids although it was clear that we needed the bed. No information was communicated unless we asked for it. I didn't receive the entrance code until I asked for it one day in advance. I only received the wifi password after noticing that it is missing after check in. I had to ask for check out instructions because nothing was provided. There was no information about the city and no other communication. With the first shower we discovered that the shower was plugged. Not only the bathroom was flooded, but also the hallway. We had to clean it up ourselves. The shower got fixed the next day, but the communication was very poor about it. Overall we were a bit disappointed by our experience.
