Kyle's place is spacious (three stories!), clean, and has all the amenities needed for both a short weekend trip or a more lengthy stay. All of the sought after restaurants, breweries etc are less than a five minute walk away. Highly recommend this place.

Great little place in Southern Pines! Comfy beds, clean space and had everything you could need for a get away! Great location/ walkable to shops, restaurants, and breweries.

This is a great choice to stay. It is an easy walk to the restaurants of Southern Pines. It is a few blocks from downtown, but is still quiet - most traffic avoids this stretch. It also has easy access to US-1. The house itself is on three stories, with bedrooms top and bottom, and the kitchen, dining and living areas on the main level. The internet was stable, with clear logon instructions. The kitchen was well -appointed, with everything you would need to prepare most meals. When we rented the house just before Christmas, there were multiple thoughtful seasonal touches to the decor.
