Initially floors weren’t clean, broken ceiling light and fan, pool was dirty, kitchen could use updating with appliances, refrigerator kept freezing food, dishwasher racks were deteriorated, . But once I contacted Kevin about the issues of dirty flood, looked like Maid services did not clean, he quickly had the cleaning service come. In the next day to clean floors. Fan and light was repaired. Pool was cleaned and yard was cleaned up . Beautiful location, scenery. Comfortable home. Enjoyed our stay and the view. Albert was great also to ensure we were comfortable once the cleaning service came by.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house, the views are amazing. Kevin is very helpful, he makes sure the guests are comfortable and answers all the questions that we have. I recommend Kevin’s place 100%.

Un endroit idéal pour un séjour tranquille. Une localisation exceptionnelle, à flanc de falaise, dans un quartier cossu de Los Angeles. Une maison tout, tout équipée. Nous y retournerons à notre prochaine visite à Los Angeles
