The bed was extremely uncomfortable with the lowest quality bed linen and especially bad pillows. In general the interior design was very good but unsuitable for the rather small room. The kitchen area had a large 4 hob stove top but no worksurface to prepare food. The equipment was generally good apart from the frying pan which had seen better days. The bathroom was well equipped and clean. However, despite the problems, the place was good value for money. The host did check with us that everything was ok but we didn't feel that much could be done to make the stay great.

My stay was good overall. The host was very responsive. I reported a problem with the bedsheet as there were lint all over the sheet and blanket and she sent her caretaker ASAP to replace them. The place was nice! The window is facing the pool area. The closet is spacious so it’s good if you’re staying for few days. WIFI was good too. One con I can say though is that there’s no designated space for working, not a deal breaker for me, but just a good FYI if you want a comfortable corner to work at.

Room looks great and modern but does have a lack of appliances (no kettle, no microwave, no mugs), no alternative blankets and towels, only one thin sheet/blanket and not big enough for two persons. Parking cost Php 300/day and not guaranteed, first come first serve. The pool facility was nice. Secure area. Friendly people.

The studio is located in a great residence, including pool and gym (for additional ₽200 each), a 7-eleven at the entrance, and located close to the city center. The studio was clear and tidy, the bed is comfortable, the room is spacious and well equipped. We had a good time there!
