The communication with the host was by far the worst. No mention of location being a hotel. Nor was the name of the hotel mentioned. Requesting information for transportation was limited. This was the worst experience ever. You mentioned the space as someone’s home, it’s a hotel. The staff by far are very friendly and helpful. Still waiting for room deposit to be credited back to my account. It’s not my responsibility to follow up with my bank when you debited my card with no problems. Word of advice please provide a service that will help travels travel with ease. I made several attempts by text and they went unanswered for days. Example had to send you a message for the name of the hotel because you kept sending the address. Honesty goes a long way.

Property was as described and as in photos. Overall, nice hotel for the price and the restaurant on site was so good. Close to the airport and shuttle service was super easy. We’d definitely stay again.

This was a hotel by SeaTac airport which threw me for a minute but checkin went like any other hotel. The hotel itself was clean and just fine for our needs. The true stand outs were the staff, specifically the night staff. They had the most "can do" attitude I've seen in a long long while. Anything we needed, they had it: We forgot a razor, they had one and asked if we wanted shaving cream as well. Scissors to cut off tags? Sure! Super glue to fix our costume for Taylor Swift? Absolutely. Couldn't find a parking spot, they'd move their own car for you. It was so much above and beyond that it made the stay.
