We scheduled a gals weekend away and this home accommodated 4 people easily The upstairs bedroom is amazing with views and the room !! Rayburn Country Club is a 4 min walk . The lake is a little distance away short drive. I will book this home again !

I'm not a frequent VRBO customer, so this may be common place, but I thought the cleaning fee was high. They ask that you strip the beds, collect all towels and put them in tub, clean out everything and put trash in cans outside. The cleaning fee was 38% of the rental rate. I wonder what the cleaning folks do for $221.00? I don't think I saw the cleaning fee till after booking the reservation.

Everything was perfect for what we needed, great location, and very easy to check In & out. Would stay here again!
