My husband and I had a relaxing time. Such a unique experience to sleep in a railroad depot. Right on the lake with gorgeous views. Bert was super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying at this amazing property.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Depot! We loved being in farm country (my husband being a farmer😊) and the quiet neighborhood. Being right on the lake was awesome and the view spectacular from the house and sitting outside! We enjoyed the chairs up by the house for a shady spot and sat on the deck the first night with the party lights on! Another highlight was watching the eagles fly back and forth across the lakeshore from one wooded lot to the other and also out across the lake to catch fish! The city of Huron is a short drive west and such a quaint, pretty town! Jim’s Pizza Box had good pizza and The Angry Bull steakhouse around the corner had good food and service. We enjoyed looking up the history of the Ceylon Junction (depot name) and reading about its use and seeing the early photos. A great little place to stay by the Lake!!

Oh my goodness the view at this place is stunning!!!! The Depot was the best stocked air BnB that I have ever stayed in—seriously well stocked! Loved the loft sleeping area. This was a great weekend getaway for us-very comfy and I love trains so this unique place to stay was perfect for us. Would DEF stay here again. The steak place, a stones throw away, was DELISH!!

I had such an enjoyable stay at the “Depot”. The view was extraordinary!!!! The cottage was very comfortable with all the necessities to cook, watch Netflix, and play some late night games. Bert was a very responsive and friendly host. When I return to the area I will definitely stay at Bert’s property.
