Beautiful place and exactly as described. Dario was very helpful in all matters, including rides, restaurants and any concerns with the rental. We did not rent a car for the full week but in retrospect it would be a good idea to have one for the drive into the town of Cefalu, get groceries or explore around the area. Rides did get expensive. It was a beautiful, relaxing week at Dario’s with a beach that was a beautiful spot to enjoy every day.

Beautiful and entirely as advertised! An easy walk to a very large stretch of beach, spacious, inviting, and beautiful! The kitchen was stocked with all basic necessities. There is no AC but the thick walls and tile floors kept it surprisingly cool. The mattresses were a bit too firm for me but I did not take points off for it as I have found that to be very common in Europe. You could tell Dario was so proud of his beautiful family home (it was once his great-grandfather’s place). Dario was more involved and responsive than many hosts but was still very respectful of our privacy. He gave us great recommendations! Lastly, the location is a bit remote but we planned to rent a car and explore the island, so this was no issue. It was great to come back to our own Lascari oasi :)

Darios Haus ist sehr großzügig und toll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar, die Ausstattung der Küche ein Traum. Nachts hört man das Meer rauschen. Um ins wunderbare Cefalù zu gelangen, muss man 10 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Dafür hat man Darios Olivenhain direkt vor der Nase und der Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Dario ist der beste Host, den wir in vielen Jahren airbnb hatten. Er ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam.

Great and beautiful villa! We stayed here with a family (2 adults and 2 children) and it was very comfortable for us! The garden is wonderful! Our children ran around the garden in search of adventures there! They were a very happy! The villa are spacious and bright, the beds are comfortable, the towels are fresh and there is everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped for making dinner or coffee. The location is perfect, Dario and his family was very responsive and friendly. Thank you so much! We highly recommend this villa!
