House is beautiful with lots of room for large families. Our host Steve had left lots of snacks, fruit, and wine which was so awesome….there was something for every member of our large family. The garage is full of all sorts of activities, very large hot tub, and super sweet hammocks. Have to say Pickle Ball was our family’s choice!! Within steps of Eminence, all the activities on property, and numerous TV’s there is always something for entire family to do. Great place, Super Host!! Looking forward to revisiting during the summer to try out all the area’s water activities!!

Kitchen - super stocked! But lights were out. Owner provided a plethora of snacks and two bottles of wine with lovely presentation upon arrival. House was clean and cool. Clean three-car garage stocked with games and two large hammocks. Had a gas grill and Blackstone griddle. There were some plumbing issues as the basement toilet was running about every three minutes and leaking around the seal at the bottom. By the end of the stay an upstairs toilet had begun gurgling and occasionally water was coming up through the shower drain. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

This house was beautiful! When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find lots of yummy snacks and 2 bottles of wine, which was wonderful. There were so many fun things to do in the house and the garage while we were there. It’s also in a very nice location, and it’s perfect for people that are floating on the river. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay there again!

We had the best time at Steve’s house, beautiful and so accommodating, everything we needed was right there. Steve was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had, a very gracious host. We’re planning on coming back again for our family vacation.
