We rent this address as a duplex side by side, each side is 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. Upstairs this space is a 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom up and 1 bedroom / 1 bath room down and has a separate entrance lots of sleeping space for your family. This is the entire right hand side of the building upstairs and downstairs. This setup is perfect for a bit more privacy is combining families or generational travel. This home has an eclectic beach house vibes. If you are looking for brand new white quartz cookie cutter, this isn’t your spot to consider as it has personality. On top floor the open concept kitchen opens to living room.bedrooms have all new furniture too.. *Free Parking Off Street End of street you can actually fish as City owns that. (we do not guarantee you catch fish :) ) The patio and pool are some of the best parts! The Patio has chairs to watch the sunset, with great bay views on a fairly quiet street. Just 1.5 walkable blocks to the beach & public beach access points. Pool is brand new as of March 2022. The downstairs unique walks right out to the pool. The 2 bedroom part is so going up 1 flight of stairs tjat os required. 2 included off street parking spaces are included. We do allow up to 12 people - however 8 is less than ideal as this 3 bedrooms youd have some kids in the mix. King bed in master plus a small fold down couch perfect for kiddos. 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed but bottom bunk is a Queen, top bunk is adult sized double bed. The 2nd bedroom please note is smaller, and children should watch themselves getting into top bunk as there is a ceiling fan present. Downstairs is another bunk double on bottom twin bed on top plus a fold down couch in the living room. . The pool and backyard are shared space.with the other side of this duplex, FYI. Combine both sides to accommodate many.. We also have a private home even closer to bay same street with private pool & jacuzzi that allows up to 14 more people for family get togethers. Just message us for a price on all. While we don’t provide a grill you are welcome to bring one. The stay was great. The two apartment styles with a full kitchen upstairs and down stairs was perfect for my family. The location was great and private!
We stayed here because it was our honeymoon and it has everything you could ever need. The pool was relaxing, we were hardly ever bothered by anyone, and it was nice and quiet as well so it made reading on the porch amazing! Additionally, I am happy at our proximity to places like Josephine's. It was in their recommendations and advice binder - definitely give it a read! - and holy moly the food was good! It felt as though we were locals. Overall, the stay was great and we will definitely be back for more.

I own homes in Dripping Springs, Texas and South Padre and split time between them. I am an avid Football guy coaching my Sons since they were 4 years old they attend Lake Travis ISD. I am passionate about my alma mater the Wisconsin Badgers football as well as my birth state Minnesota Vikings. I still love all Texas teams and root for the Cowboys and Texans to our Longhorns and Aggies. My sons and I dirt bike swim surf play catch ride bike shoot guns and love to watch movies before bed. My life revolves them! The 2 boys I have are aged 10 and 8 and share my love of the beach!!! I try to assure my condos cater to the needs of families like mine with budget in mind. I care about my guests as I know taking a vacation with children can be quite expensive and stressful. Everything I have I have earned myself and respect working class families like mine and you can be assured of respect back. Professionally I served on the South Padre Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for 6.5 years, and was awarded the Kukai Award for excellence in the Tourism Industry. I currently serve on the Official City of South Padre Island's Tourism Board known as the CVA, appointed by the Mayor and City Council to direct the marketing efforts of my favorite place on earth...SOUTH PADRE! You will find caring, warm Texans on our Island and we are all very passionate in providing a safe, fun memory for any tourist.
