The place looked like it was not cared for, the deck was dirty and needed to be repainted, and the grill was filthy. The pull-out couch would not pull out all the way without hitting the wall and TV and the bed inside the couch was dirty. The other beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were very cheap. The metal support beams that ran through the living room meant the couch could not be pulled back, the result was an extremely tight space for the living room and excessive unused space in the kitchen. The door lock was very hard to figure out and should have come with better instructions. The parking should have come with better instructions, it felt as if we were parking on someone else's property. Overall it felt like the whole place was a bit slapdash and furnished with the cheapest possible furniture and amenities. Tried to call Vacasa when we could not get the lock to work and the phone menu (press 2, press 3) was unresponsive. I would not return to this property.

First, we had a blast staying here on a wee staycation. Two couples and two dogs celebrating a birthday, and we grilled, drank wine, swam in the lake and lounged by the big windows with an amazing view. Second, and something I feel is important to know about this place, is this is a Maine camp. It's small and simple and rustic and a little DIY, like any camp, and probably wouldn't be ideal for someone with mobility challenges. But it was clean and had all the basics we needed for cooking, a shared doc with the home nextdoor, and small but comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again!

Very quiet and beautiful lake view. We really enjoyed the lake and sunrise. Little bit things to consider the bed was too uncomfortable and no room freshener, some insects other than that perfect place for small family.

rustic small Maine lake cabin. it was clean and ON the lake. But it's way overpriced for the house. The beds are really 2 small for an average size couple. my husband and I slept in separate rooms. There were frequently ppl on the dedicated dock to the Airbnb, which was weird. it was clean,but I doubt I would rent again. very poor wifi

Pros * quiet * Close access to lake * appreciated the fresh flowers * Nice floating dock * Nice rooms and sleep able couch * Dog friendly * Good tv selection Cons * Sketchy railing and questionable dock * Stairs are unstable non suitable for old people and possibly children * Excessive amounts of spider webs * Dead animal smell in one area of the house (thinking it was in the wall) Noticeable upgrades but small financial investments could increase value and rental price I would rent it again but I wouldn’t rent it for the price I paid.
