This was such a great spot to enjoy the beauty of Rogers and fall leaves! We had an absolute blast. Good for everyone- firepit, kayaks, ping pong table, hot tub, awesome cooking set up! 10/10 for this stay!

Splash Landing is located in the Beaver Shores neighborhood a quick and easy 15 minute drive to downtown Rogers and just 1 block from the semi-private boat launch. With your own private lake access, guests rave about the beautiful firepit, defined pathway to the lake and to the gentle cliffs that boaters and guests love to visit to jump from, swim from, and fish from. Also located less than 15 minutes from some of Northwest Arkansas's favorite mountain biking trails at Hobbs State Park.
Located 15 minutes by car from downtown Rogers, the Beaver Shores subdivision is on the West-side of the Hwy 12 bridge that crosses Beaver Lake.
