To be surrounded by lovely nature and quietness in the mountains, you need to follow small dirt roads. If you don't like small dirt roads, please book another place. Nearby are hiking routes, charming white villages and traditional Spanish life. Still it’s only 18 km./half an hours drive to the beach, lively atmosphere, promenade, big shopping center, water park etc. This is our home for 6 months of the year, so it’s very well equipped. There’s space for 6 persons + a baby in a cot (3 bedrooms). The house has aircon (hot/cold) in all bedrooms + living room/kitchen, blinds and mosquito nets too. TV. Wifi throughout the house and most of the garden. Furniture from 2022. Bed linen, towels, and shampoo. Washing machine (+ soap), beach towels, umbrellas, blankets, cooler bags – all for your comfort. 6 sunbeds + 3 umbrellas around the large 4x8 meter swimming pool, open all year round, not heated. Some toys for the pool too. Cozy areas seating areas in the garden (sun/shade), a hammock, a swing and a gas grill in the outdoor kitchen area. For extra comfort there's cushions for all sunbeds and chairs. Electricity is free of charge except of long term bookings (4 weeks or more, paid separately, follows the applicable tariffs). Charging your electric vehicle requires a special agreement. Smoke only outdoor. No pets, no parties.
