House was very clean and the hosts communicated extremely well throughout our stay. Disappointed that the lounge area used to be the garage space and had no window, so we didn’t use it (garage door still in place at front of house). Furniture and Appliances are all in place that you may need, but a lot are in need of repair or replacing. Bathroom tap leaked, boiler would cut out and need resetting, kitchen table chairs loose and cutlery would come away from its handle. However, location offers a great size house, good garden, parking and a blank end location with no passing traffic. Location is a 5 Minute walk away from all popular fast food restaurants, a 2 Minute drive from the M1 Junction 11 and local to Luton and Dunstable town centres. House also is on 3 floors, and has a toilet/bathroom on each one.

The house was exactly what we needed, a great location for our work and easy to get in and out onto the M1. The house was the perfect temperature the whole time and clean. The only two issues we found were kitchen utensils and leaking taps, this was communicated with someone that called me during the stay to check everything was okay and arranged for a plumber to come look at the issues once we checked out. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is working in or around the Luton area. The value for money was really good and really easy to fix the small issues we encountered during our stay, will definitely be booking again.

A spacious house and an extremely pleasant stay! The area is relatively suburban (which is impressive in Luton)! I turned this property into my wedding house (had a marquee put in and general decorations). All the rooms were quite spacious. We did encounter a couple of minor issues with a few of the key amenities not working so word of advice for future stays would be to ensure everything is working as advertised. If you are considering staying at this property, I’d highly recommend doing a visit first. Overall, Natalia and Judith were great hosts; extremely responsive and even though some things were not working, they still tried they’re best to find resolutions.
