Chose this place because it's potentially work-conducive - has wifi, desk. But sadly I wasn't able to work because of brownout during our stay, so it's completely dark under the loft, since there's also no window - we had to use our phone flashlights even when going to the CR. There are few sockets tho at the loft that were powered by generator - enough to charge phones and use e.fan. Both network signals are also not working well so I can't also use my pocket wifi even when I wanted to work at the loft. Make sure to bring your own toiletries, but if you forget anything there's a store in the ground floor - the room is in level 5 basement. Pros: responsive host, fresh linens, has one free car pass for parking, flexible check-in time since there's lockbox ( we arrived late night).

Thank you Ms. Jen, our transaction was so smooth even if it is same day booking. The unit was so clean and smells good. Internet is fast and you can enjoy netflix. Complete kitchenware,plates, spoon and fork, glass, mugs, ref. microwave. Complete cleaning materials. Very accommodating staff. Definitely value for money and we will surely book this place again.

I love the interior of the house, and how it perfectly fits me and my partner's liking. I also thought of doing the same loft bed for my room from our home. The house was absolutely clean (Thanks to Ate Vergie) and provided everything we needed during our limited visit; the hot shower, hair dryer and the microwave, fast WiFi and Netflix. There was also a set of book for Twilight series. 👀 The place was quite easy to find because it is right beside one of Baguio's main routes. The property's security officers were quite helpful during our check-in. The place lacks a balcony from which to enjoy views of Baguio City and its skies but there's a free access with the building's balcony where you can watch the beautiful sunset. Plus a Cafe within the property. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and we thought our money was well spent. We'll definitely come back again. Thanks, Ms Jen!
