Pradicciolo takes its name from the ancient farm surrounding the farmhouse, once a stable and barn belonging to our family since the early 1900s and renovated for use as a farmhouse. The renovation followed all the criteria of good workmanship and energy efficiency. The high quality interior finishes have maintained its originality where possible as well as an essentiality combined with elegance and style. The living area is spread over an area of 90 square meters in addition to the shared bathroom, as well as the first floor divided into four bedrooms. The professional kitchen used by the owner for the processing of 0 km products, served in breakfast or in aperitifs or afternoon tastings as well as in snacks to take to the vineyard, from which you can enjoy an exclusive view of the capital. The double room has hdi usb charging points, smart TV with the possibility of using Netflix or other streaming services, bathroom with shower equipped with hairdryer and courtesy kit. The newly established farm offers products such as seasonal fruit, Garfagnana jams, flours and all that our territory can offer.

I would give Silvia’s agriturismo more than 5 stars if it were an option. The place is practically brand new, very clean and very well thought out. Silvia was a great host, provided suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding, the food was delicious and we were well fed. I look forward to spending more time here someday and highly recommend this place to everyone.

Una vecchia stalla ristrutturata egregiamente ci ha accolto per una sola notte (ahimè). La camera era perfetta, pulita confortevole e spaziosa. Colazione ottima con prodotti preparati da Silvia e dalla sua collaboratrice. Entrambe ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa e ci hanno dato preziosi suggerimenti su alcune località da vedere nei dintorni. Se torneremo a Castelnuovo non esiteremo a tornare.

Silvia and her property are absolutely amazing! She is the BEST host ever! We ordered dinner ahead that she prepared for us from her land—delicious! She is a great chef! The wines she served are also wonderful, some made from her own grapes. Breakfasts/coffee included. Silvia showed us an incredible private hiking trail (about 6 miles RT) to the fort on top of a mountain. She was always so helpful and kind! The property is updated and decorated with luxury finishes and furnishings. The patio with incredible mountain views is so nice for relaxing after a day of touring. There is free on-site parking too! As other guests have commented, this property is located up a driveway, off of a busy street. Thus, you will hear vehicle noise so take earplugs if that will bother you. The benefit of being close to town is that one may walk to the cute shops, cafes, churches, river, historic sites and everything else that the charming mountain town of Castlenuovo di Garfagnana has to offer!
