Place is in a nice & quiet neighborhood, very clean home. Hosts are very helpful and responsive. Something to keep in mind that I didn’t realize when booking- the space is connected to the house and a family is upstairs/ other side of the wall.

We loved our stay at Sandy and Martin’s space. We felt right at home and the place was actually bigger than we thought! It was spacious, comfy, and clean and had everything we needed for a one month stay. Highly recommend and thank you both for letting us stay!

Sandy’s place is cozy and quaint along with being very clean, it’s also well supplied with useful items, for your stay. Sandy responds quickly to any request, and allows for privacy. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again for sure.

I enjoyed my stay but Thumper was a little confused. The apartment was very clean, quiet, & comfortable. Sandy had the apartment stocked with all the essentials you would possibly need for your visit. The area was conveniently located near gas stations, fast food places, restaurants, parks, the library, stores for shopping, the Sac airport, Tahoe, Reno & other casinos. This is a new construction area but quiet. Martin & Sandy were great host with three beautiful children. My questions were answered quickly. If I needed a place to stay, this is it. Beautiful and spacious place. Way better than a hotel and reasonable price. Host was easy to communicate with and everything went great. Would definitely book again if in the area.
