Beach, Sand, Sun! Come and make memories with your family in this welcoming 3 BR/2 Bath Cottage with Central AC and lots of outside space! It has an AWESOME VIEW of the water and the BEACH is so close you can almost touch the sand. This Cottage has just been totally redone top to bottom and is part of our Sunset Cove property. We provide Beach chairs, umbrellas and even sand toys for our creative guest. We want you to come and make memories and decide to make our Cozy Cottage a yearly event. Sit and watch the Water and the Sunsets! The SeaGlass Cottage has just been totally remodeled and refreshed in 2023. Everything has been replaced, redone or repainted! This is just what you picture when you think of what a beach cottage should be. It is not stuffy, but comfortable and cozy with the beach vibe throughout. We just added Central Air for those hot summer days... and man is it nice. Bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen bed, Bed room 2 has awesome bunk beds for the kids...and bedroom 3 has another comfortable queen and a day bed too...and a view of the water! The bathrooms have been completely remodeled with everything new, with one having a stand up shower... and the main bathroom is totally new having an awesome full sized tub/shower. We gave the Kitchen a full makeover adding a dishwasher, garbage disposal and fridge... along with a stove, microwave and large sink! Again, all the appliances, big and small, are almost all new in 2023! There is new lighting and/or fans in every room and we have added a tankless water heater for your convenience. We know you are not there for the TV, but we have a nice TV, Books and Boardgames for those wet days...or for when you just need to wind down for a bit. Two decks are available both front and back. Bikes will be available, along with all the things you need for the beach. The only thing that is missing in this cottage is You, your family, your tooth brush and your swimsuit (we even supply the towels!) Come and see for yourself what our 5 Star reviews are all about.
