This means there are four fire pits on the property - your friends can take turns hosting bonfires each night! You can get the most out of staying here by setting up your campfire while watching the sunset. With the fire roaring and your s'mores melty, look up and notice the stars and Milky Way have come out to play. You can stand at each of the houses and find beautiful 360 views, especially at sunrise and sunset. For even more landscape views, explore the property on a short walk to "The Draw", a small trail to an overlook of The Gunnison River. This space is set up to be a home base for outdoor adventures. Hikers and bikers and skiers and hunters and fishermen and climbers are welcome here. The area provides ample opportunities to do all of these and more. The Black Canyon is close and The Grand Mesa is closer. There is plenty of parking for all your toys and trucks and even your big 'ole cross-country moving van. The beds are comfy and the homes are equipped with climate control to keep you comfortable through the nights. The nearby towns of Delta, Hotchkiss, Paonia and Cedaredge (30 mins or less) are packed with artisans, markets, groceries, gas and events. It's easy to stock up nearby for anything you really need. Larger, more touristy towns like Ouray, Telluride, Montrose, Moab and Grand Junction are all very doable day trips. The wifi is fast and reliable for remote work or streaming. You get all the comforts of home, while still having the great outdoors at your fingertips. Marijuana tourism is welcome on this property. You can smoke on site, but NOT inside, pretty please.
