Our newly renovated "Modern Cottage with Loft" at Alkalomy Properties has been designed with all luxuries of home but created guaranteeing a relaxing atmosphere and simplicity that you'll never forget. This cottage has been designed for you to escape the city and be surrounded by nature. Wether you want to relax or work from home, we are all equipped with high speed internet and a designated desk with chair to facilitate that. Cottage can host maximum 6 guests but we recommend it for 4 adults and 2 kids to fit comfortably ( 850 sqft) The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft consists of 1 queen and two twin size beds. Kids are most welcome , but please keep in mind that the cottage is not child proof. The Living Area features; beautiful sliding patio doors that will provide a bright, relaxing atmosphere facing the trees right outside your doorstep. A Stunning Glass Gas Fireplace, Loveseat Sofa, Complimentary Wifi, Smart Tv with Netflix, YouTube, Cable, and more. Upstairs Loft Area has comfortable Queen Sized-Bed, Cozy Sitting Area Overlooking Downstairs Living Area, and beautiful views to the 8 Acres of forested trees at the back. There are a selection of books and board games to choose from. Fully Equipped Kitchen including; Fridge with Freezer, Full Stove with Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Outdoor BBQ. Everything you need to prepare a lovely meal is provided; Pots, Pans, Baking Sheet, Oil, Salt and Pepper Etc. Tap water is safe and drinkable, sourced from the well on the property. Your meals can be enjoyed at the 4-chair kitchen table or on the outdoor patio space, also providing a suitable workspace if needed. Whether you’re looking for an escape from the city or you’re a nature lover, the outdoor patio is a wonderful place to unwind. Comfortable outdoor seating, firepit (with wood available on site), double hammock, all-season hot tub, and outdoor BBQ.
