Maison située à 15min à pied du centre ville dans un coin calme et facilement accessible Malgré un petit couac à notre arrivée, problème résolu rapidement et tout s'est très bien passé par la suite Bons équipements intérieurs et complets Un plus pour l'une des chambres qui est une suite familiale (salle de douche annexée) Chambre avec 4 lits simples très sympa pour les enfants Parking dans la cour très pratique Seuls bémols: - manque de stores occultant pour les Velux - plancher bois qui craque fort à l'étage - manque de tables de chevet Cependant on y reviendrait sans hésitation Merci

Eine gebrauchte Kapsel-Kaffemaschine ist bei uns kaputt gegangen. Wir haben Sie nicht unsachgemäß bedient. Wir erhielten eine Zahlungsaufforderung von 123€ obwohl die Kaffemaschine im Netz die hälfte kostet (323RON =64€). Ich finde das frech und habe die Zahlung abgelehnt. Es ist ein Gerbrauchsgegestand, der bei jedem kaputt gehen kann. Dennoch wurde ein überzogener Neupreis inkl. Mehrwertsteuer veranschlagt und das obwohl die Maschine gebraucht war und die Mwst. verrechnet wird. Wenn überhaupt hätten die Mwst. und Gebrauch abgezogen werden müssen. Also 15€? Airbnb wurde ohne Erfolg eingeschaltet. Auf dem Flur im Dachgeschoss ist ein Lichtsensor. Die Holzbalkendecke quietscht. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben Glassteine gemauert. Beim Betreten des Flurs quietscht es, das Licht flutet die Schlafzimmer und weckt alle auf. Der Abfluss der Dusche im Dachgeschoss ist verstopft, das Wasser läuft schnell über. Die Badewanne im Dachgeschoss ist undicht und läuft über. Hier kein warmes Wasser.

Despite the convenient location, cleanliness, and comfort, the negatives outweighed the positives. The hot tub had undisclosed/excessive costs (450RON or ~90EUR/day) and malfunctioned. Additionally, the patio where the hot tub was located was shared with two other parties, lacking the expected privacy. Disappointment, negotiations, and accusations over the hot tub led to tense communications. Then a recurring water leak in the living room ceiling caused stress and raised concerns about maintenance. The owner was prompt to assist, but the continuous need for contact became tedious. Now, the owner is retaliating, threatening to change my review after we asked for a partial refund due to the maintenance issues. Despite apologizing and offering us a “major discount” next time, we are now being blamed for these problems. I advise future guests to be cautious and seek alternative accommodations with better maintenance and communication. Personally, I wouldn't book with this owner again.
