A great welcome from Viv & her husband. The accommodation is warm and inviting. Great shower & comfortable bed. Fresh croissant & scone along with selection of teas coffees & cereals. Highly recommend.

The house and Vivienne are fantastic. The breakfast is great. The scones are delicious. The room and bathroom are big and nice. There is a good atmosphere in the house. The facilities in the cottage ( like tea, fridge, microwave) are very good and available all day.

This is a great place. The breakfast room is superb and the home baked scones were outstanding. The bedroom suite was of very high quality with very comfortable bed and well appointed shower room. Zero noise and a good sleep for each of our 3 nights. The hosts offered a warm welcome and excellent ideas about local points of interest. All worked well. The location is very handy for Cork and local sights. It’s also within striking distance of the wild Atlantic way. We would certainly stay there again.

Vivian and Liam were very gracious hosts who made us feel welcome throughout our stay, from friendly conversation to sharing local recommendations. The place was exactly like the pictures- lovely exterior and gardens, sweet tea room/common area, and spacious bedrooms with modern bathrooms. Very clean and quiet, this was a wonderful respite for the end of our Ireland tour. I especially loved Viv's delightful scones- definitely don't miss out on those!
