We had a great stay at Susan's place. She was so communicative and helpful. The space is gorgeous and well designed, and the location is perfect -- quick to downtown, Sabino Canyon, UA, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

So many fabulous things about Susan and James' Private Sam Hughes home. Nice, quiet neighborhood close to many stores and restaurants. Spacious, comfortable, upscale home inside and lots of great outdoor spaces to enjoy as well. We didn't cook (bc Tucson has so many delicious restaurants), but the kitchen was well equipped and they left a few nice touches not often seen in rentals that we could enjoy. Communication was easy and quick. However, I would be remissed if I didn't mention the lack of a clothing closet or clothing storage available to guests which is such an important item in a home at this high level.

Susan's place was perfect and we would definitely seek it out again if we are in the Tucson area! We felt super comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the private heated pool was amazing! It was easy to get around Tucson from this location...Saguaro NP is about 25 min drive for some trails and closer to 45 min for others. Tombstone is about 1 hour 40 mins. Everything we needed was close by and easy to find. Her place is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Susan and James were very responsive to any needs we had in a very timely manner. The home is very comfortable, roomy, and private, and the pool is a definite plus. The bed is super comfortable! The home is in a nice location and we enjoyed walking and bike riding, as well as hiking, sight-seeing, and exploring, We found Tucson to be very bike friendly, which is the main reason we decided to visit the area. We had our e-bikes with us, and James accommodated us very well by giving us a locked and secure area to store the bikes safely during our stay. Overall, our hosts were very kind and accommodating, and we felt it was important to them that we enjoy our stay and that we had everything we needed or wanted. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay in every way. Thanks very much, Susan and James!
