Eric and Johnnie are so great! Kind, helpful, and truly fun to talk to. The place was beautiful and very clean, their dog Saisson was a huge PLUS to our stay, and the dry sauna and steam room were shockingly effective and easy to access and use. Oh, and the hot tub is HUGE and very easy to operate. Everything was just always very available and accessible, and this made it so nice to be there. It is also a mile off of the main drag of Guerneville, which made it so nice to come home to, to get away from the hustle and bustle of town. I'll definitely be back!

My friend and I stayed at Eric’s place for a couple nights and we had such a nice time! Eric and his husband are unlike any Airbnb hosts I’ve ever encountered, friendly and kind, and very interesting to talk to. They invited us to have a dinner party with them and a couple of their friends who were also very great, and it was a BEAUTIFUL meal. Their generosity was such a sweet surprise. Lovely people. An absolutely perfect stay that far exceeded our expectations. Also the linens are nice, the house is clean, and they have a peaceful hot tub and spa area where you can relax surrounded by trees. 💖💖

Eric and John are great hosts! This Airbnb is unlike your typical stay, with Eric and John being on the premises and hosting you. They have a great pool and two hot tubs. You'll get to know other guests and have access to all things Guernville. Our crew of seven people felt welcomed and Eric was super responsive to any questions we had.

Eric's place provided a safe and inviting atmosphere that allowed us to completely relax. Our amazing host was great on communication. We had a blast in the loft and giggled like children through out the night. Because of how amazing the room is and what the experience offered, we would love to come back and stay again. Shout out to their dog Sassoon, she is such a love bug and sweet heart. Thank you for also being a lovely doggie house host as well hunny!!!! Thank you Ally Gilles
