The location was great but overall I’ve had better short term stays. The place was “clean” but very dingy and stains on the walls, couch pillows, rugs and sheets. The place just needs a good deep cleaning a-lot of dust and dirty base boards. The bottom of the toilet was dirty and shower curtain needs to be changed. The following night of my stay I ended up having to leave early due to finding a bug in the bed. I had the lights off with my phone flash light on which is how I saw it. I immediately left the unit and got a hotel I let Jason know and he never addressed anything. All messages felt like they were automated never felt like I was actually talking to him.

Nice location bang opposite the stadium and lots of restaurants in walking distance. Near apartment and indoor gated parking. I was originally skeptical about the app based entry but it actually made for a convenient stay not having to remember or pull up codes each time.

Jason's place was great. Bathtub and shower all in one, big bathroom, kitchen, lounge area, and comfortable bed. Walking distance to the stadium(Concert, Event, RodeoHouston, Texans Game, etc). The yellow lot is outside your bedroom; you can see it by looking out the window. Secured and gated garage. The only issues we had was that the exit gate was open from Saturday until we checked out. We did contact Jason he did say that it may have been cause it was broken but he would check with Maintenance and Also because of it being open, we did have issues with a couple of random men who were not staying at the apartment walking around and being sketchy but other than that it was wonderful. But overall safe and no issues!

Place was nice and comforting. Spacious. Only down fall was it was an outer apartment right next to the road which made it noisy but other then that no complaints.

Great location and clean. Restaurants are walkable distance. Host was friendly and very responsive, definitely would recommend to stay there.
