enjoyed our stay in this lovely townhouse. Neighborhood was quiet, yet walking distance from town. I would stay again without question.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while in the area celebrating a family birthday. Very convenient to all of the shops and restaurants in Southern Pines. I wonderful townhouse with a lot of nice features and very well appointed. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Lots of nice clean comfortable towels. Comfortable beds with nice bedding. Good, natural, lighting, as well as ceiling fans, and HVAC to make it comfortable whether weather was cold or one. Because we like sleeping with the windows open on a cool night, we did hear A few trains pass through between 10 PM and 8 AM with the horns blaring at every town intersection but it wasn’t too bad and I am sure if we had closed the windows we would hardly notice. The host was wonderful and the house manual very helpful. Easy keypad allowed us to come and go without issues. Lots of yummy coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Also lots of golf courses and beautiful parks in the area. A great value and lovely.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Easy check in and out, walking distance to downtown coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and the downtown park. Kitchen was well stocked. There is a train station a few blocks away and the train toots its horn at night so take that into account if you are easily disturbed by such things. Also the blinds do not block out the street lights so for me personally it was too bright in the bedroom at night to get good sleep. My husband sleeps through anything. Also the air freshener throughout the house was very overpowering. The location, cleanliness and comfortable furnishings were much appreciated.

Can't say enough about the cleanliness, EXTREMELY we'll stocked kitchen and thoughtful bathroom ammenities we found here. Such an excellent location for everything walkable. I'll stay here again and again when I come to visit Southern Pines.

This was our first Airbnb experience and it went very well. The location was very walkable to downtown shops, restaurants and sites. It was also very quiet which was great for getting sleep on a busy weekend! The kitchen was nicely stocked with supplies, even a highchair which we didn't need/use but was a great idea since a family could easily enjoy this property. The sleeping quarters and bathroom were lovely, supplied with anything we needed or could want.
