This will definitely be the place we stay for future trips to Santander! The hosts were really helpful and responsive and the place was in such a great location. On top of it all, the place was clean, modern and spacious. Loved it!

Appartamento bellissimo, moderno e molto pulito. Silenzioso e letti comodissimi, perfetto per riposarsi dopo una giornata in giro per la meravigliosa Santander. Zona centralissima piena di locali dove mangiare. Paula host gentile e reattiva. Tornerei sicuramente

My husband and I had a work trip in Santander and spent a month at Jose’s apartment. It worked very well for our long stay, with plenty of storage for our clothing and a very comfortable bed. There was enough equipment in the kitchen to make basic meals; the refrigerator was small, but there are a lot of grocery stores nearby, so it was easy to shop frequently. The appliances, including the washing machine, worked well, and we could dry our clothes on the rack placed in the little balcony (which has a view of the bay!). The whole apartment has been newly remodeled, and the bathroom was very spacious and clean. Occasionally, there seemed to be a smell from the building’s pipes in the bathroom, but there’s a fan. What makes this place exceptional was the location. Walk out the door of the building, and you are in the heart of the restaurant and bar district. Finally, Paula was a very kind, responsive host, and helped us quickly when we had to request a second set of keys.

Es war alles perfekt . Die Wohnung ist sehr schön,gemütlich, sauber, das Bett ist sehr bequem. Paula ist sehr nett und freundlich. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen. Wir kommen wieder. Andreas und Natasa
