We found this listing at the last-minute, after arriving to the area and spontaneously deciding to stay the night. Given the circumstances, it was great that Edwin was very responsive and made everything very easy. It’s located in a part of the neighborhood that has a lot of construction, but the property itself felt brand new with new amenities and it was a very short drive to the beach.

The apartment in itself is amazing as it is brand new and well furnished. The only downside is that you need to have a vehicle to live here, as it is a 15 minutes walk to the beach (and an hour to the city center) in an area still under construction with no motoconcho around. Due to the construction in the area, the power went out twice during my stay, one of them for a whole night until late morning.

El lugar es totalmente recomendado, muy acogedor, muy limpio y con piscina en el complejo y jaccuci en el apartamento, todo es nuevo impecable, cerca de la playa a unos 5 mins caminando. Sin duda volveremos. Gracias a nuestro anfitrión
