Walnut Hill was everything we hoped for AND MORE!! Eric was very attentive and responsive. This was our home away from home and we truly felt it! Our kids enjoyed watching the Elk walking around, even a cow showed up on our last day passing through! It was a beautiful place to enjoy our Christmas as a family, hearing the Word of God surrounded by His creation! I would highly recommend this place to anyone desiring a peaceful stay! We will definitely be back! Thank you Eric!! 🙏😊

Amazing, peaceful location with kind neighbors. My family and I spent the new year in this beautiful home and had wonderful rainy days. Our last days were greeted with snow which was fun to see and fun for the little ones. Such a cozy home and great hosts who checked up on us and made sure we were taken care of. Any and all our questions were answered almost immediately. The pictures and outside of the home make it look deceivingly small but once inside there’s more room than you would think. Such a great stay and excited to go back maybe in the summer time to take full advantage of the near by hikes and lakes. Definitely a recommended place to stay.

Our family had our first trip to Payson this week and we are so thankful to have found this cute, cozy cottage! We were so thankful for the accommodating host and letting us know about the trails and we even got to experience falling snow while there! Eric was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed and very easy instructions to get inside. The cottage itself was so sweet and homey, clean and minimalistic! Very suitable for a toddler! We loved being able to adjust our heat in our own bedrooms! I loved the walk out patio in my room, upstairs! We loved the open space and roomy areas to host our family and have dinner together. We had a bonfire outside, it was perfect! We would love to come back and stay here again. It was my first booking an AirBNB and it was so easy and loved the kind host and neighbors! We are so grateful for this experience and home! We can’t wait to tell others about this home and the absolutely perfect place!
