Our stay at this property was highly disappointing and unsettling. Despite the description, the reality fell far short of our expectations. Firstly, the location was not merely "shady" but felt unsafe and inhospitable. As three traveling men, we were deeply concerned for our safety. Disturbing noises, including shouting and domestic violence from neighboring properties, made our stay uncomfortable and distressing. Secondly, the photos were misleading; the room and washroom, with Indian-style toilets, were smaller than depicted. The lack of space for a proper shower or hand-washing was inconvenient and unacceptable. The absence of basic amenities like AC or a TV unit did not justify the high price. We recommend staying at an OYO Prime or Fab Hotel for a safer, more comfortable experience. Overall, our stay was deeply disappointing; we cannot recommend this property.

I really enjoyed staying at Juzer’s: his place was clean, near to a suburban train station (Byculla), the view from the window was great and Juzer was a gentle host, always ready to give me advices. And last but not least: having a private bathroom for that price was a deal for me. I’m very happy of my stay. Thanks Juzer🙏

Juzer was a superb host…very warm and welcoming. He was extremely helpful when I asked for a late check out. The place is conveniently located to get taxis or even use local trains. The zoo opposite the house is an added advantage. Overall a wonderful stay. I will totally recommend this place. I will remember Juzer as a very helpful and interactive host.
