Holiday Home Toplica Natura can accommodate up to 16 guests in it's 7 bedrooms on 3 floors. The house has 2 fully equipped kitchens, one with dining area and other with a separate dining area. There are two living rooms, 3 bathrooms, a private natural thermal bath and a vast private estate for guests to enjoy long walks in beautiful natural environment. The terrace is roofed and perfect for an evening dinner or wine. There is a summer kitchen with a gas grill and a party space for 20 people. Property has 3 floors: 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 double and 2 single beds for 6 guests and two bathrooms with a shower and a toilete. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 double and a king size bed for 4 guests, one bathroom with a shower, bidet and a toilet and a separate bathroom with a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, water kettle, coffee maker and all the kitchen utensils you will need, a separate dining room and a living room with a big sofa and a big TV screen to relax. There are 2 covered terraces connecting indoors with outdoors. 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms with a king size and 2 double beds for 6 guests, a bathroom with a bath tub, a shower toilet and bidet a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, refrigerator and kitchen utensiles, a dining room and a living room with 3 sofas and a TV. The property has an access to natural thermal bath, that is located nearby. Temperature of the bath is 28 degrees Celsius all year around. From the property you can access the river Krka - we can offer you two canoes, fishing rods and bicycles for an active holiday. Onsite guests can book special treatments as gong bath, therapies etc.

Bilo nam je prekrasno. Obavezno ćemo preporučiti prijateljima. U planove ćemo uključiti ponovni dolazak.
Abbiamo trascorso capodanno in questo alloggio: camere e bagni ampi e puliti, cucina attrezzata dotata di forno microonde e forno,. soggiorni con grandi TV e divani grandi e comodi. Tutto ciò che è descritto corrisponde alla villetta, anzi ha superato le mie aspettative. Casa riscaldata in modo omogeneo nei tre piani. La casa è dotata anche di un grande spazio esterno attrezzato che abbiamo sfruttato poco visto il periodo, ma immagino che nei mesi più caldi possa essere un angolo di relax e di gioco ottimo. La zona è molto tranquilla e per avere servizi è necessario spostarsi ma in un'oretta di strada si raggiungono località turistiche (terme Catez, Lubiana..). Supermercati e bar sono a 15 minuti. L'host, Erazem, è stato puntualissimo, discreto e se avevamo necessità potevamo contattarlo al suo cellulare. Consiglierei questa sistemazione per grandi gruppi, come eravamo noi, perché così l'intera casa è condivisa. Fortunati per aver trovato questa sistemazione!! Da consigliare!!!
Ubytování jsme využili pro náš výlet na Croatia rally díky skvělé lokalici přejezdů na RZ. Určitě se velmi rádi vrátíme a využijeme i na poznávání Slovinska. Termální koupání přímo u ubytování bylo velmi milé zpestření po nabitém dni. Vybavení bylo velmi rodinné a moderní, kuchyně vybavená vším co jsme potřebovali a nic nechybělo k naší spokojenosti, cítili jsme se jako doma. Velikost ubytování nabízela široké možnosti od každovečerního posezení s grilováním, tak k výletům do okolí, které jsme bohužel neměli čas využít. Ubytování se nachází v krásné přírodě a jako dělané pro cyklo či pěší výlety. Nedaleko řeka Sáva a Krka, která nabízí i výlety na kánoe. Majitel ihned doporučil všechny možnosti na nákupy či jídlo v okolí. Dovezl nám na ochutnání své víno, bylo skvělé a v lednici nám přichystal pohoštění od ovocných šťáv po místní pivo. Velmi mu tímto děkujeme za skvělý servis a jeho profesionalitu !!!!

Since I get a lot of reservations every day, I share my work with my partner agency AlpeAdriaBooker, so I can offer a better service to all my guests. They are a professional property management company helping me every day to manage my reservations. This local agency from Brežice - Slovenia, acts as a connection point, by both maximising the potential for the renters (myself) and carrying for guests along every step of the way. That way the renters and myself have more time to be at guests disposal in person. You will be meeting me at the property, I will give you the keys, while my partners from the agency communicate with my guests online.
