Everything went well. The host is friendly and communicative. The flat is quiet and peaceful with a large balcony on the 3rd floor. Paradise condominium is a bit run down, but the flat was not expensive and the staff is helpful and friendly and the pool is well kept and often empty, which was pleasant for my stay. Thanks!!

Earthie is really very prompt. During my stay, the aircon stopped working in my bedroom but earthie went the extra mile to send the technician down immediately and get it fixed :)

The apartment offered as an alternative to the one advertised was very dated, 14 lights that were not working in the apartment and it felt like the owner of the apartment (35) had let the place run down. The location is advertised as being in the Heart of Jomtien, this is not the case, the Heart is about 5 - 10 mins away by Song Tow, the only thing close by is the Beach, which is a 5 Min walk. The pool have very few sun loungers and the Gym is very dated and equipment very old.

Appartment looked old and teared down. Need maintenanse!!! Badly equiped kitchen. No lights on the terrasse. We had to ask for extra cleaning after arrival. But!! the host was a nice guy, and spoke very good english!
