We loved Ian's place, my friends and I didn't want to leave! It was very spacious with plenty of amenities and a beautiful view. Buses into the city centre were easy to find and fairly frequent. We also met Ian at check-in and found him to be very friendly with plenty of suggestions, we really liked the Iona Cafe off the sea walk. Thanks Ian for a great stay

We had a great visit with our family of four including two teenage boys. Flat was spacious, well equipped, very clean and tidy and everything was just a stated. We also had spectacular views in the morning of the Sun rising as well as views of the harbour. All the rooms were very clean and tidy and spacious. The open plan kitchen works really well and everything was there for us to use. Ian was responsive when we needed to get in touch with him and accommodating. Overall we had a wonderful day and would highly recommend and would certainly come back ourselves. Kind regards. Husain family

Ian’s place was very clean and well appointed. However, we found it somewhat isolated. We like to be able to walk to coffee shops in the morning and there wasn’t anything close by, although I did try to confirm this prior to our arrival. The transit system was so easy to use and the bus drivers are friendly and helpful. The stop is close by and has a direct bus to downtown. I’m hoping that Ian gets a new bed for the master. I did make the recommendation. Ian was very helpful and quick to respond, couldn’t ask for a better host.

Lovely flat overlooking the marina and forth of Fife. Stunning sunsets. Kitchen well equipped, bathrooms clean and modern. Flat in very good condition. Ian was very responsive- the issues were outside his control - there were some issues with the heating but he did what was possible to resolve them. He bought electric heaters to tide us over. The flat is large for two bedrooms so it did not feel we were on top of each other. On improvement point - The beds are ok but felt not the most comfortable ones. But this can be subjective. Bed linen had a nice feel and was pure cotton.
