Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt eine schöne große Terrasse und zusätzlichem Überdachung/Wintergarten sowie Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Küche und die beiden Bäder sind modern und funktional. Es gibt außerdem einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

We spent 3 months at this place. The place location is fantastic with also a very nice view from the solarium dining room. The kitchen is a bit old but they have a plan to upgrade it. Rob is an amazing host, very helpful and quick in responding. Will not hesitate to return in same place.

Large terrace with spectacular sea view. Quiet location. Very sunny facing west. All rooms have air conditioning (defective in the living room). Bedroom with double bed, which is very comfortable. Small room with one bed, which is probably too small for tall people. Lots of storage with large closets and drawers. WiFi very good. Shower and beach towels are provided, unfortunately no drying towels for the kitchen. The car can be parked in the parking garage. Shared swimming pool with wonderful sea view. Location: 5 min walking distance from the sea and various beach restaurants, where you can eat and drink very well. Shopping facilities also available on the beach. Kitchen: few glasses, poorly cleaned. Cutlery and kitchen utensils in 2 drawers wildly mixed up. Shower and curtain moldy. Security gate to the terrace offers little security, can be easily opened.

Ich war mit meiner Freundin in der Unterkunft von Rob. Uns hat vom ersten Moment an die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am Strand. Darüberhinaus liegt die Wohnung in einer privaten Anlage mit Stellplatz für das Auto und Pool. Alles in allem hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt. Also plus würde ich zudem die Kommunikation hervorheben.

This is quite a nice pad,.. main bathroom needs work . Couldn’t believe no loungers for the super sea view balcony. It’s a tough climb up the hill so dodgy knee merchants be warned. Complex and pool stunning. Nearby garage has everything incl top notch breakfast bar. Gecko beach shack bar also close by. Enjoyed the whole experience but just felt a bit played when we thought we were going to ‘Robs place’ only to find it’s a property rental company managing it for owners overseas. But we’re new enough to air b and b. The nearby beach and bars are top notch . Recommend a 20 min train trip to Torromolinos or a tenner in a Taxi to Los Bolicos for a change of scenery.
