The flat is smaller than it appears from the photos. The entire ground floor belongs to another owner - for us the upstairs and attic were available. The rooms are plenty and accommodate 10 people as in the description. However, they are quite small. The flat needs a general renovation. The kitchen is very small and can accommodate max. 1 person. There is no dishwasher. The dining room is also small and in order for 10 people to eat together it was necessary to take chairs and a table from the balcony. Some items of kitchen equipment were dirty. There are 2 bathrooms - both very small. The attic bathroom has a very small shower designed more for children. At weekends there are problems with finding free parking place. On other days there was no problem with this. On the plus side working air conditioning and a very nice and helpful host. The houses are surrounded by trees. To the beach you have to walk through the forest about 900 metres.

Leider ist die Küche sehr klein, begehbar von einer, macimal zwei Personen. Der Aufenthaltsraum/Wohnzimmer ist auch von Möbeln vollgestellt. Leider ist in einem Zimmer das Fenster nicht dicht, weswegen viele Mücken in das Haus kommen. Es ist rustikal ausgestattet, ältere Dusche/Badezimmer. Leider handelt es sich bei der Unterkunft nicht wie beschrieben um ein Haus, sondern nur um einen Bruchteilt davon (das Parterre und die Rückseite gehört nicht dazu!) Im Garten/ Vorplatz herrscht eine ziemliche Unordnung.

Average accomodation, good location, useful for bigger group due to number of beds but only two very small bathrooms. Not enough chairs available and most are partially broken
