Welcome to Red Mesa Ranch! Just 8 miles East of Kanab, on 5 acres surrounded by amazing red rock views, an open spaces. Close to all your favorite adventure destinations. Come settle in, and relax after the days adventures. Gather together to do some grilling and relax on the patio, while watching the sun set over the mesa, and maybe later on, making S'mores around the fire, under a night sky perfect for stargazing. We have plenty of parking to bring your toys. Horse stalls are available. The ranch house was built in 2022 with you in mind! The open concept living room, Kitchen and dining room with its high ceilings, and large windows, allows for plenty of natural light, and beautiful views. Living Area- Comfy couches, a gas fireplace, and a 55" TV. Games and books . The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need. Enjoy the coffee bar, stocked with coffee from our local roasters, as well as Hot chocolate, and a variety of teas. Three of the 4 bedrooms (Excluding the Bunkroom) have their own 42" TV's. The master and middle bedroom have their own private patio. There are 3 bathrooms - 2 private, and a Jack & Jill bathroom that is shared with the bunkroom. A large laundry room with upgraded Speed Queen washer and dryer. with a rod for hanging things, and a countertop for folding. Laundry soap, dryer sheets, Iron, and Ironing board, complete this space. The front porch rocking chairs are perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening, and there is a back patio, for grilling, sunsets over the Mesa , and lawn games. The firepit is a great place to hang out for S'mores, and The dark skies are amazing for Stargazing. We do have 2 ranch dogs, 3 horses, and 2 goats who are always happy to see you and visit if you like!

If you are going to be in Kanab-this is the place to stay. Host is great, proactive and responsive. House is clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed plus more. This is a house where you don't have to pack a bunch of extras because you don't know if they'll have it (like I did) because they do have it! The host has truly thought of everything. Great location- we were able to do day trips to Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, and local slot canyons. Wish we could have stayed longer to check out Lake Powell because that was close too. So much to do around the area, but also so much to do at the house-board games, corn hole, animals, fire pit. Hope to someday come back! Thanks for helping make it a memorable stay Julie!
Gorgeous home! It looked exactly like the pictures show. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. Julie went above and beyond to make our stay great. She even went out of her way to make our late check in as smooth as possible, she even left the lights on for us so we didnt arrive in the dark. I would definitely recommend her place!
The house was exactly what my family was looking for when researching. We have 3 grown couples and we're very comfortable. Julie has house supplies better than any other house we have stayed in over approx 16 hrs. Very centrally located to all the big activities such as Bryce, Zion, Horseshoe Canyon, Antelope Canyon and many more things. The house also had a firepit which we made smores and played horseshoes numerous evenings after dinner. You can eat out or very easily cook at the house. Julie and Jim were so respectful of our privacy and very sweetheart we saw them and just visit. I could continue to write but the ultimate message is A WONDERFUL HOME TO USE AS YOUR BASECAMP FOR VACATION.
We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was quiet, beautiful and the home was truly immaculate! The hosts are next door and obviously take a lot of pride in their homestead. We loved returning from our adventures to grill a meal and relax on the back porch!

We are rural, so we are on a well maintained hard pack gravel road less than a 1/4 mile off the pavement It is quiet, with just a few friendly neighbors. We love our beautiful views, and our dark sky! Hiking and riding right from the property, near the mouth of Johnson Canyon, with lots of trails for ATVs horses, and hiking. There is also a beautiful Mountain bike trail going in 2 miles from us.
We have a large guest parking area on the left as you enter the property.
there is plenty of room to bring your toys!
